You can contact the IT Help Center for assistance with both BU-owned and personally-owned computers or devices.<\/p>\n<p>For on-site help with a BU-owned computer, the Help Center&#8217;s Desktop Services team will generally be able to provide desk-side assistance or refer you to your local computing support organization.<\/p>\n<p>The IT Help Center also performs manufacturer-authorized warranty service and out-of-warranty repairs for most major brands.
