Your site is full of links. You can manage them in one of three ways:<\/p>\n

  1. Inline Links<\/strong> \u2013 Links within a page on your site. In the page editor:\n

    1. Type the text to which you will attach the link.<\/li>\n
    2. Highlight the text with your cursor.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the Link<\/strong> icon in the toolbar.<\/li>\n
    4. Type a web address (optionally, select a Target<\/strong> and enter a link title or brief description).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Also See<\/strong> \u2013 This family of links appears in a sidebar widget on every page. This is useful to highlight prominent links that are outside of your site but related to the business of your department. These are added via the Links <\/strong>screen accessible from the left menu.<\/li>\n
    6. Navigation Menus<\/strong> \u2013 Your site\u2019s navigation menus use the \u201cfamily tree\u201d analogy we described in the Maintaining Pages<\/a> section. Access the Pages<\/strong> > Edit Order<\/strong> plugin to re-arrange your site\u2019s navigation menus in a simple drag-and-drop environment. To link from your navigation to an external website or Media Library item, click on Add a Link <\/strong>located above the list of pages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      TIP<\/strong>: Always be sure to click the Publish Changes <\/strong>button when you make changes in Pages<\/strong> > Edit Order<\/strong>. The button is at the bottom of the page, under your site tree, so it\u2019s easy to miss \u2013 but none of your changes are saved until that Publish Changes <\/strong>button is clicked.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
