The system provides a voice menu with programmable options. Calls are automatically directed to the appropriate staff, based on the caller&#8217;s selection of the information or service desired.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>An automated attendant system can help you make the best use of departmental resources and ensure that calls are answered and properly directed to appropriate staff.
