To immediately forward all your incoming calls to another number:<\/p>\n

From the portal:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Login to the Cisco Self Care Portal at:\u00a0https:\/\/mybuphone.bu.edu\/ucmuser\/<\/a>\u00a0if you are not on campus you will first need to connect to the BU VPN<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter BU username\/Kerberos password (do not include @bu.edu)<\/li>\n
  3. Choose \u201cCall Forwarding\u201d from the left sidebar<\/li>\n
  4. Select the checkbox next to \u201cForward all calls to:\u201d and choose \u201cAdd a new number\u201d from the dropdown menu<\/li>\n
  5. Add your phone number, in the format of 1 + 10-digit phone number\n
      \n
    • Note: Failure to include a “1” before the 10-digit phone number will result in calls not being forwarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Click Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      It is recommended that you test call forwarding by placing a call to your BU phone number from another phone.<\/p>\n

      From your desk phone:<\/h3>\n

      1. While on-hook, press the\u00a0Fwd All<\/em>\u00a0softkey.<\/li>\n
      2. Dial any of the following:\n
          \n
        • A BU 5-digit extension number<\/li>\n
        • An external phone number in the format of 1 + 10-digit phone number\n
            \n
          • Note: Failure to include a “1” before the 10-digit phone number will result in calls not being forwarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Press the\u00a0Messages<\/em>\u00a0button to direct to voicemail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
