However, people do occasionally report problems accessing Google resources from certain countries. If you will be abroad, you can review Google&#8217;s listing of blocked traffic at\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/transparencyreport\/traffic\/\">http:\/\/www.google.com\/transparencyreport\/traffic\/.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When you are unable to access Google resources, we hope the following workarounds will be helpful:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Try from both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/google\">www.bu.edu\/google<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/webmail\">www.bu.edu\/webmail<\/a> to see if that makes a difference.<\/li>\n<li>First, <a href=\"\/tech\/services\/cccs\/remote\/vpn\/use\/\">connect to the VPN<\/a> to see if that helps.<\/li>\n<li>Try to get your mail via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/cccs\/email\/google-mail\/clients\/\">desktop client or mobile device<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, set up temporary forwarding of your mail to an account that is accessible &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/phpbin\/emailforwarding\/\">http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/phpbin\/emailforwarding\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Generally, BU Google Apps, including BU Google Mail, should be available from wherever you are in the world.
