Any files you choose to back up will be encrypted and securely stored in a cloud-hosted server environment. You can restore them yourself without having to contact IS&amp;T.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>Once a small and easy-to-use software client is installed, files and folders that you select are backed up whenever the computer is connected to the Internet.
