Access to Appliance Rental and related functions is via <a href=\"https:\/\/bu.starrezhousing.com\/StarRezPortalX\">StarRez PortalX<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Self-service reduces administrative overhead and allows students to rent or request service for appliances through the StarRez PortalX. Appliance Rental is only available to Students in BU Housing.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The administrative systems support the accurate and timely processing of all Vending Services and related transactions. The System is extensible to include other types of appliances as offerings or student\u2019s needs change.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Features<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-service for students through <a href=\"https:\/\/bu.starrezhousing.com\/StarRezPortalX\">StarRez PortalX<\/a> when applying for Housing.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative functions and tasks are available via the StarRez System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Students need access to <a href=\"https:\/\/bu.starrezhousing.com\/StarRezPortalX\">StarRez PortalX<\/a> and must be applying for, or residing in, BU Housing.<a title=\"StudentLink\" href=\"\/tech\/z-retired-pages\/studentlink\/\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a id=\"GettingStarted\"><\/a>Getting Started<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Students visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/bu.starrezhousing.com\/StarRezPortalX\">StarRez PortalX<\/a> to order a MicroFridge or safe, or to request servicing of appliances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Administrators will need access to StarRez.
