We support the following products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Apple:<\/strong> All domestic desktop and laptop products.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lenovo<\/strong>: All domestic ThinkPad and ThinkCentre laptop and desktop products.\n<ul>\n<li>We do <em><strong>not<\/strong> <\/em>support IdeaPad or IdeaCentre laptop and desktop products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hewlett-Packard (HP): <\/strong>All domestic business\/commercial laptop and desktop products.\n<ul>\n<li>We are unable to source parts for some HP consumer models (Envy, Pavilion, Spectre, etc.); we recommend taking HP consumer models to an <a href=\"https:\/\/support.hp.com\/us-en\/help\/service-center\">HP-authorized service center<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dell: <\/strong>All desktop and laptop products purchased by BU students, faculty, and staff.\n<ul>\n<li>Dell products purchased outside the United States may require a<a href=\"https:\/\/support.dell.com\/support\/topics\/global.aspx\/support\/change_order\/tag_transfer?c=us&amp;l=en&amp;s=gen&amp;~ck=anavml\"> Dell transfer of ownership<\/a> to be eligible for service through Technical Services.<em><strong> <\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Please note:<\/strong> <\/em><em>Some Dell warranties may require a labor fee.<\/em><strong><\/strong><em><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Notes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>In some cases, we may send the computer to the manufacturer or a partner company to facilitate the repair.<\/li>\n<li>Software, including operating systems and consumables, are not covered under your manufacturer&#8217;s warranty. These are billable services.<\/li>\n<li>Many manufacturers\u2019 warranties do not cover liquid spills or physical damage.<\/li>\n<li>The manufacturer&#8217;s limited warranty may not cover on-site travel fees.
