The original message appears as a separate, indented entry below the introduction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right-click<\/strong> a message to download and save the file on your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Clicking <strong>Reply<\/strong> sends a reply only to the sender; <strong>Reply All <\/strong>goes to the sender and all recipients of the message.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Delete<\/strong> to remove the message.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> If your administrator has configured your mailbox to save deleted messages temporarily, this action moves the message to the <strong>Deleted folder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol><\/ol>\n<h3>Save Voicemail Messages<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Right-click<\/strong> a message to download and save the file on your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Note: messages in your folder that are older than 30 days will automatically be moved to Deleted Folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Deleted Folder<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Empty Deleted Items<\/strong> to permanently delete all messages in this folder.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Undelete<\/strong> button to move the selected message back to the Inbox folder.<\/li>\n<li>Right-click a message to download the audio and save the file on your computer.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> This option is not available for secure messages.<\/li>\n<li>Messages in the Deleted folder are removed permanently after 7 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Boston University Voicemail Web Inbox lets you manage voice messages and any voice message receipts you receive.
