(1) The primary window will display your active conversation and at the bottom of the primary window, (2)\u00a0 you can send a message by typing in the Type a message box. You no longer have to wonder whether or not your instructors or students are caught up in the conversation. To adjust your language preferences, click on the small cog icon in the upper right corner (1) next to your name and use the language and translation option (2). It is worth mentioning that you are able to disable auto-translation through this language and translation tab if you desire.<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-left\"><img \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">Pronto can instantly translate a message into your preferred language instantly or upon clicking the small globe icon next to the message in the chat. \u00a0Translated messages will have a globe next to them and will be highlighted in light blue. \u00a0You can see the original language of the message by clicking the globe icon a second time.<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" data-post-processed=\"true\">Loading the Pronto App on Your Phone<\/h4>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">The Pronto App is available in <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.hitlabs.pronto&amp;hl=en\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Google Play<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/pronto-team-communication\/id1258991852\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">App Store<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"intercom-align-left\">Here\u2019s what you need to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Remember to go into Blackboard <strong>BEFORE<\/strong> loading the app.<\/li>\n<li>You must use the email address that you use in Blackboard when you sign into Pronto. \u00a0(No one will see this but you.)<\/li>\n<li>This app uses mobile data unless you are connected to a wifi
