Academic Data Warehouse Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Access to the Boston University Academic Data Warehouse (ADW) is granted by data trustees based on business need for each data area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Undergraduate Admissions<\/td>\nEnrollment & Student Administration<\/td>\nDirector of Admissions, Deans, or any position that functions (formally or informally) as a \u2018data administrator\u2019 in an undergraduate school\/college.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Graduate Admissions<\/td>\nGraduate Affairs<\/td>\nDirector of Admissions, Deans, or any position that functions (formally or informally) as a \u2018data administrator\u2019 in a graduate school\/college. Access granted per school\/college.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Student Enrollment<\/td>\nEnrollment & Student Administration<\/td>\nDeans, Program Directors, Administrators, or any position that entails reporting or analysis of student data.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Financial Aid<\/td>\nEnrollment & Student Administration<\/td>\nDeans, Financial Aid Administrators, or any position that entails reporting or analysis of student financial aid data.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Faculty<\/td>\nFaculty Affairs<\/td>\nDeans, Department Chairs, Faculty Actions Mangers, Department Administrators, or any position with responsibilities for the management of faculty teaching and\/or personnel data.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Access requires approval by your manager or supervisor, review of the information below, and completion of the Academic Data Warehouse Access Request form . Please discuss with your manager your business need for ADW access, as well as the types of data to which you need access.<\/p>\n

Please ensure you have completed all the steps below before submitting your request for access.<\/p>\n

  1. Access to the Academic Data Warehouse requires a BU Login and Kerberos password. If you do not already have a BU Login, request one through your manager\/supervisor or data security administrator.<\/li>\n
