See below for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a id=\"GettingStarted\"><\/a>Getting Started<\/h2>\n<p>Before using the application, a new profile must be created and Cisco Webex installed on your computer. For further assistance, please <a href=\"https:\/\/bu.service-now.com\/sp?id=sc_cat_item&amp;sys_id=2e2dd43ddbfab550d9a13fd3e296194d&amp;sysparm_category=f1f21154db38445053c1d7764896192a\">submit a request<\/a>\u00a0to have a new profile created.<br \/>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Download Cisco Webex Application<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nThe latest version of Cisco Webex can be downloaded from Cisco directly.<\/p>\n<p><a href='https:\/\/www.webex.com\/downloads.html' class='btn btn-green btn-more'>Download Cisco Webex<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<br \/>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Logging Into Cisco Webex<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Locate and open the Cisco Webex application on your computer. If prompted, authorize WebEx to access your microphone.<\/li>\n<li>Click Sign In and enter your full BU email address. You will be presented with a BU login page where you can enter your BU login name and Kerberos password and authenticate with Duo.<\/li>\n<li>Make a test call to confirm that everything is working as expected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you are unable to log in or use Webex, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/contact\">contact us<\/a> so we can confirm that a profile has been created for you.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<br \/>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">MyE911<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nInstalling and configuring MyE911 is <strong>required<\/strong> when using Webex to provide accurate location information in the event of a 911 call.
