Introduction to Adobe Express<\/h1>

Known as the quick, easy, create-anything app, Adobe Express is an all-in-one design, presentation, photo, video and audio app. Use templates, AI tools, and simplified editing interfaces to remix, create and share your content.

In this intro session, we'll explore what Adobe Express has to offer. We'll learn how to use templates to develop in-class activities, explore creating branding profiles for department projects, and learn how to remix and rethink PPTs and PDFs into more engaging presentations and syllabi.

Introduction to Adobe Premiere<\/h1>

Adobe Premiere is a professional grade video editing tool. As part of the Adobe suite, Premiere can be used to easily create and develop multimedia projects.

In this course you will be guided through the basic workflow for project creation, video editing and exporting. Explore how to import footage, create sequences, and edit timelines. Participants will also discover a variety of other tools within Premiere, including sound mixing, title creation and color correction. Finally, we will briefly discuss some best practices for working within the platform and creating engaging videos.

Podcasting with Adobe Audition<\/h1>

Adobe Audition is a desktop tool for recording, editing, and mixing audio for a variety of projects. BU educators and students can use Adobe Audition to capture audio recordings of themselves, edit them, and even combine them with other sounds and tracks to use in the background of presentations, demonstrations, and more.

In this class, participants will learn how to setup a project and edit audio in Audition. The instructor will demonstrate how to utilize Audition to record, edit, refine and publish a podcast. We will also briefly discuss best practices for audio recording.

Video Creation and Podcasting in Adobe Express<\/h1>

Learn how to use the Adobe Express online app to record, edit, and share videos. With it's simple interface, Express allows even beginners to create informative, well-designed videos. We will also briefly touch upon Express' animation studio, which allows users to enliven still slides and text, and created illustrated avatars.

The second half of this workshop covers Adobe Podcast, where users can record, edit and share their work. Record users from multiple locations, clean up audio, add music and visuals cards with this robust online app.
