Faculty, staff, students, and departments can meet and collaborate with peers, colleagues, groups, and classmates both inside and outside of the University.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>IS&amp;T supported online meeting products provide reliable meeting and collaboration experiences using your existing BU login. These products have been reviewed by IS&amp;T staff to ensure the best possible experience. Meetings hosted with IS&amp;T supported online meeting products also allow a greater number of participants out of the box than free alternatives may offer.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Features<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in using your existing BU login or email address<\/li>\n<li>Integration with other BU services, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/cccs\/collaboration\/sharepoint\/\">SharePoint<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/cccs\/email\/office-365-outlook\/\">Outlook<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/tech\/services\/cccs\/email\/google-mail\/\">Google<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Support for unified conference room solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What to Expect<\/h2>\n<p>Online meeting products are provided by various vendors, and will be available 24 by 7 except for standard change windows, as described in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/tech\/about\/service\/change\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IS&amp;T\u2019s standard policies, procedures, and schedules for making changes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>Requirements vary by product.
