If your goal is to have a journal entry post to this fiscal year 2021, follow the instructions below:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Step.1<\/strong><\/td>\nGo to transaction code FV50 – Park G\/L Account Items.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step.2<\/strong><\/td>\nEnter “current date” in the Document Date<\/strong> field.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step.3<\/strong><\/td>\nSelect a day between 6\/1\/2021<\/span>\u00a0to 6\/30\/2021<\/span>\u00a0to enter in the Posting Date<\/strong> field.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step.4<\/strong><\/td>\nComplete the rest of the required information on the Header Area (in Basic Data tab).\u00a0 Reference, Doc. Header Text<\/strong> and Document type<\/strong> fields.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step.5<\/strong><\/td>\nComplete the required information on the line item area.\u00a0 G\/L acct, Debit\/Credit, Amount, Text<\/strong> and Cost Object<\/strong> (Cost Center, Internal Order or WBS Element<\/strong>).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step.6<\/strong><\/td>\nClick on the Save as Complete<\/strong> button to start workflow approval.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/strong><\/td>\nThe system will display several messages before you are able to initiate the workflow approval process.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
