three levels of support are offered for SQL, as described below.<\/p>\n<h3>Bronze level<\/h3>\n<p>This is our \u201cdefault\u201d level of service and is sufficient for the majority of the environments and applications we support.\u00a0 Service support beyond this level requires an explicit service level agreement with stated justifications and commitments.\u00a0 The \u201cBronze Level\u201d covers all critical Database Administration services such as: environment coordination and all database\/instance creation, configuration, upgrade, and patching.\u00a0 Additional services can be requested (via ServiceNow service request to \u201cDatabase Administration\u201d assignment group) for such things as user configuration, space and capacity management, and advisement on such things as performance and development in coordination with other services and\/or teams.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Database support, Monday \u2013 Friday, 9:00am \u2013 5:00pm, there is no commitment to support outside of business hours (although this may be provided)<\/li>\n<li>Assess initial requirements<\/li>\n<li>Manage Security access<\/li>\n<li>Backup support, daily backups;\n<ul>\n<li>RPO (Recovery Point Objective) &#8211; 24 hours<\/li>\n<li>RTO (Recovery Time Objective) &#8211; Next business day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Silver level<\/h3>\n<p>Includes Bronze level features plus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Database support, Monday \u2013 Friday, 9:00am \u2013 5:00pm, response within 1 business day<\/li>\n<li>Assess ongoing storage requirements<\/li>\n<li>Consult on database design<\/li>\n<li>Performance tuning<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and alert notification<\/li>\n<li>Offer assistance with compliance and regulatory reviews<\/li>\n<li>Provide client reports when requested<\/li>\n<li>Backup support, daily backups;\n<ul>\n<li>RPO (Recovery Point Objective) &#8211; 24 hours<\/li>\n<li>RTO (Recovery Time Objective) &#8211; Same business day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Gold level<\/h3>\n<p>Includes Bronze and Silver level features plus;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Database support, 24&#215;7, immediate response, continuous support during P1<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement proactive tuning activities<\/li>\n<li>Backup support, daily backups;\n<ul>\n<li>RPO (Recovery Point Objective) &#8211;
