This functionality was replaced with the Investment Portal. The Project Status Portal module on the left hand nav will be replaced with Investment Portal. Click the New button. (Using this option will require building the list of project through filters and not seeing the list first. Option 1 is recommended.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Edit existing Investment Portals<\/h3>\n<p>To edit an existing Investment Portal, select Investment Portal from the left hand nav. Select an Investment Portal you have created. (You are unable to edit Investment Portals shared with you)<\/p>\n<p>From this view you can make several changes, of which the most common are:<\/p>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Change the Projects shown<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>Click the Edit icon (<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2019\/01\/edit_icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"30\" height=\"27\" \/>) and change the filter you want applied to the list of Projects<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Add or remove columns<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>Click the Configuration icon (<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2019\/01\/configuration_icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"31\" height=\"33\" \/>) and check off the columns you want to add or remove<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Change the order of columns<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>Click and drag the column to the place you would like it<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Group columns<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>In the Overview section, you can group columns by clicking and dragging the column header to the space above the header<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2019\/01\/column_grouping.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"468\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Sort by column<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>Click on the column header to sort by a column<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Note: You must save an Investment Portal changes by clicking the Save icon (<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2019\/01\/Save_button.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"26\" height=\"32\" \/>)<\/p>\n<h3>Share an Investment Portal<\/h3>\n<p>Click the Users\/Groups icon (<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/tech\/files\/2019\/01\/user_groups_icon.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"30\" height=\"29\" \/>) and select the user or group you wish to share the Investment Portal with.<\/p>\n<h3>Copy an Investment Portal<\/h3>\n<p>As mentioned above, you are unable to edit Investment Portals shared with you.
