<\/p>\nOnce a request has been converted to a project, the project or program manger can update the project as well as add a default milestone template.<\/p>\n
To review and update project information:<\/p>\n
Log in to ServiceNow<\/p>\n
Type “project” into the search menu<\/p>\n
Select “My Projects” under the”Project” dropdown<\/p>\n
On the list of projects, click on the project you would like to\u00a0review<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Once in the project, you can review and update project information as well as add notes. Some fields will be grey and not editable.<\/p>\n
New \u2018Phase\u2019 field is added to the Project form and associated with \u2018Status Reports\u2019 Related list: Phase refines the Project status. Choices are: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Delivering, Closing. This is an optional field.<\/p>\n
New \u2018Execution Type\u2019 field is added to the Project form. Choices are: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid. <\/span>\u00a0\u2018Agile Planning and Tracking\u2019, \u2018Create Agile Phase\u2019 Related links and \u2018Stories\u2019 Related list display for Agile and Hybrid execution types.<\/p>\n Once the changes have been made, press the “Update” button to submit the changes.<\/p>\n To apply the default project milestone template, click on the “To apply template click here” button in the blue box at the top of the page<\/p>\n Select a start date<\/p>\n Click on the magnifying glass under project template and select “PMO Project Key Milestones”<\/p>\n Click “OK”<\/p>\nAdding Default Milestone Template<\/h2>\n
