How do I login to Echo Cloud?<\/h3>

  1. Visit echo360.org<\/a>, and enter your full BU email address.\"Enter<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the “Sign In” button.<\/li>\n
  3. After redirection to the BU sign-in page, input your BU account credentials to log in.\"BU<\/li>\n

    How to I View Class Content?<\/h3>

    \nAfter logging in at     echo360.org<\/a>, you can access your course details by clicking on\u00a0<\/span>ALL CLASSES<\/strong>\u00a0on dashboard view of the course or clicking the course under the drop down menu\u00a0<\/span>COURSES<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Courses with Slide Decks<\/h4>\n

    Scroll to the class you wish to view the content of. To the right, there should be a small presentation icon. If it is green, that means there is an available presentation for that class that has not been viewed. If it is gray, that means the presentation has been viewed already.<\/p>\n

    Playback: Changing sources<\/h3>
    <\/p>\n

    To change the content you are viewing within a presentation, click on\u00a0Sources<\/strong> to the right of the playback control bar. If the content title is blue, that means it is in the presentation. Change the current setting by clicking on the title of the content you wish to view.<\/p>\n

        5. Make Unavailable<\/strong>: Choose date you wish to make content\u00a0unavailable in course.<\/li>\n
        6. Existing Class<\/strong>: Select to add content\u00a0to an existing class. Select the class in the drop down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. New Class<\/strong>: Select to add content\u00a0to a new class under the course. Fill out the\u00a0name, date, time, duration,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<\/strong>description<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        8. Publish<\/strong>: Publish your content\u00a0to the course.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  3. Least Engaged Students<\/strong>: This displays the least engaged students and the percentage of engagement. To view all students, click see all.<\/li>\n
                  4. Confusing Content<\/strong>: Any content that the students mark as confusing will appear here.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Viewing Analytics by Students:<\/h5>\n

                    1. Filter by Class<\/strong>: Click this drop down menu to choose to view the analytics of the students for all classes or one class.<\/li>\n
                    2. Name<\/strong>: Under this column lists the students’ names.<\/li>\n
                    3. Engagement<\/strong>: The percentage of engagement for the student will be calculated based on their participation and displayed in this column.<\/li>\n
                    4. Attendance<\/strong>:\u00a0This column displays the percentage of classes the student has attended.<\/li>\n
                    5. Video Views<\/strong>: This column displays the number of times the student has viewed the course videos.<\/li>\n
                    6. Presentation Views<\/strong>: This column displays the number of times the student has viewed the presentations.<\/li>\n
                    7. Questions<\/strong>: The column displays the number of times the student has asked a question.<\/li>\n
                    8. Activity Participation\/Correctness<\/strong>: This column displays both the students percent of participation in activities and the percent correct.<\/li>\n
                    9. Notes Word Count<\/strong>: This displays the number of words the student has in their notes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Engagement Settings:<\/h5>\n

                      <\/strong>Click\u00a0engagement<\/strong> on the left to change engagement weightings and for additional settings.<\/p>\n

                      1. Apply\/Reset<\/strong>: Click APPLY<\/strong> to save the changes to the engagement score weightings. Click RESET<\/strong> to revert back to the original settings without new changes.<\/li>\n
                      2. Customize<\/strong>: Move the bars of each category to set different weightings.<\/li>\n
                      3. Presets<\/strong>: Click on one of the three presets to set the weightings to that preset.<\/li>\n
                      4. Correlation Graph<\/strong>: This displays a graph that correlates and displays the relationship betweens students’ grades\u00a0with a chosen engagement category.<\/li>\n
                      5. X-axis<\/strong>: Select one of the engagement categories via the drop down menu to choose a value for the x-axis.<\/li>\n
                      6. Student Search<\/strong>: Search for a student on the graph.<\/li>\n
                      7. Upload Grades<\/strong>: Click this button to use one of the excel templates to enter grades of students and upload it to use for the graph.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                        Export & Gradebook:<\/h5>\n

                        Click\u00a0export & gradebook<\/strong> on the left to export analytics.<\/p>\n
