Research Computing Services (RCS) provides graphics and virtual reality facilities, software, and staff expertise supporting a wide range of research application areas. RCS staff have a broad experience with most aspects of scientific visualization, computer graphics, and virtual reality being early developers, adopters, and users of many types of software and hardware. Boston University researchers, faculty, and students who need access and assistance should peruse these web pages and/or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org
RCS staff are available to provide assistance in the use of graphics and visualization packages, the development of custom computer graphics tools, the application of graphics algorithms, the conversion of data into effective graphical representations, and problem solving.
Examples of some of the visualizations produced in collaboration with the RCS staff and/or produced on the SCF systems may be viewed in the Visualizations Gallery.
