Refund Policy
- Most unopened items, in new condition with all original packaging* and proof of purchase returned within 30 days of original purchase date will receive a refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, Micros Northeast will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credits will be applied to your original method of payment.
- All shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Micros Northeast is not responsible for manufacture’s substitutions.
- * Original packaging includes the box with shipping label attached and any chords, adapters, etc., that were included with the original purchase.
