  1. Start Firefox from your dock at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Click Firefox in the menu at the top of your screen.
  3. Click on the option, About Mozilla Firefox.

  4. In the window that appears look for the version information.

If this information contains version 4.0 to the most recent version you have a compatible version of Firefox, though we do recommend running the latest version of any supported web browser as the latest versions contain the most recent stability and security updates. If you have a version of Firefox below version 4.0, you’ll need to download and install the latest version of Firefox.

  1. Start Safari from your dock at the bottom of your screen.

  5. If this information contains version 4.0 to 7.0 you have a compatible version of Safari. If not, you need to either update your Safari browser or download and install Firefox.

  1. Launch Google Chrome from your Dock or desktop.

  2. In the upper left-hand corner of your monitor, click Chrome and then About Google Chrome.
