Through the Customer Login, individual users can track cellular phone charges, and monitor usage for toll-free conference bridges and fraudulent use. Your BU login and Kerberos password are required.

Access Your Bill
- Go to the Online Billing System.
- You will be prompted to enter your BU login name and Kerberos password.
- In the top right corner drop down menu, choose Customer role.
- You will be directed to a Home Page screen. On the left side bar, hover over the top icon and choose My Account.
- Click on the tab for Statements.
- Click the billing date for the month you would like to run.
- Click on View Bill. This will bring up a PDF.
- Print by clicking on the printer icon in the top right corner of the PDF window.
Read Your Bill
Use the key below to guide you through this sample bill.
- DATE: Date of the call
- TIME: Time participant joined call
- USAGE DETAIL: Indicates the conference bridge moderator's client ID number (xxxxxxx) and each participant's telephone number (xxx-xxx-xxxx)
- UNITS (MIN): Indicates the duration of the connection to the conference call in MM:SS format
- BILLED: Indicates the billed amount per participant
