Through the Customer Login, individual users can track cellular phone charges, and monitor usage for toll-free conference bridges and fraudulent use. Your BU login and Kerberos password are required.

Access Your Bill

  1. Go to the Online Billing System.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your BU login name and Kerberos password.
  3. In the top right corner drop down menu, choose Customer role.
  4. You will be directed to a Home Page screen. On the left side bar, hover over the top icon and choose My Account.
  5. Click on the tab for Statements.
  6. Click the billing date for the month you would like to run.
  7. Click on View Bill.  This will bring up a PDF.
  8. Print by clicking on the printer icon in the top right corner of the PDF window.

Read Your Bill

Use the key below to guide you through this sample bill.

  • DATE: Date of the call
  • TIME: Time participant joined call
  • USAGE DETAIL: Indicates the conference bridge moderator’s client ID number (xxxxxxx) and each participant’s telephone number (xxx-xxx-xxxx)
  • UNITS (MIN): Indicates the duration of the connection to the conference call in MM:SS format
  • BILLED: Indicates the billed amount per participant
