Services Impacted: Printing, SHS PNC print service stopped working
Description of Impact
We were seeing a recurrence of the print service issue at Student Health Services.This was impacting patient labels, lab samples, and critical handouts.
Incident Description and Resolution
The IS&T teams have refreshed the app pool, and printing is back up and running! 🎉 We’ve fixed this issue.
Additional Information
The print service crashes due to a bug in the PNC software.
