Description of Impact
A report was received from the client indicating that they were unable to detect the eduroam or 802.1x networks on their devices. It appeared that other individuals in their offices were also encountering the same issue.
Incident Description and Resolution
NSEG went to investigate the problem and corrected it. The wireless for the building has been restored.

The issue was caused due to renovations.
