Description of Impact
Blackboard Learn email notifications sent to @bu.edu addresses were significantly delayed as a result of a mail reputation issue. Delayed messages sent since 1:00 pm on 9/2/2022, are expected to begin delivery as of 4:55 pm today.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a mail reputation issue between Blackboard’s mail server and BU’s mail relays.
