Description of Impact
Clients are reporting that error messages are appearing within MyMedia (https://mymedia.bu.edu/). Additionally, there is some degradation in the transcoding and uploading of media.
- New Playback: Full service restored.
- Upload Service: Degraded performance. Slower than normal upload times. Error messages during upload.
- Transcoding Service: Degraded performance. Videos are taking longer than normal to process.
- API and Upload errors: Full service restored.
