Description of Impact
A number of WordPress sites and web applications were experiencing degraded service. Questrom Tools was pushing some clients back to the login screen as well as showing some old content. Full services have been restored.Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a failed disk on a server.
The issue with Questrom Tools was not tied to this major incident.It was due to a database issue, and was resolved separately by Questrom ITS.
