Description of Impact
Due to a service-wide issue, OneDrive and Sharepoint Online were degraded. Microsoft had put service into read-only mode. Viewing of documents and sites was possible, but changes may could not be made.

Microsoft has resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be an issue with a subset of the Structured Query Language (SQL) infrastructure.
