Description of Impact

Blackboard Learn, WordPress websites, and MyPrint were unavailable. Outlook Web Access (xmail) and Outlook AnyWhere were degraded.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident with vendor assistance from Blackboard.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a power incident near a data center.
