Description of Impact

IS&T was alerted to an issue by various servers. Services like the Links (Student link, Faculty link, etc), BU Maps, Search, Exchange syncing to mobile devices and streaming videos (Echo360, Blackboard Vista, Blackboard Learn and BUniverse) were affected.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

All services have been restored with the exception of Echo360 streaming video.

Access to BU Links has been restored. There was a previous issue with Exchange linking to mobile devices which has been resolved.

Real Server, Flash Server and AFS appear to continue to have some issues. Streaming video to BUniverse and the Blackboard Vista LMS is back down.
