{"id":29032,"date":"2017-02-26T16:25:31","date_gmt":"2017-02-26T20:25:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sustainability\/?post_type=profile&#038;p=29032"},"modified":"2026-07-01T11:16:33","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T15:16:33","slug":"grant-haas-cas-25","status":"publish","type":"profile","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sustainability\/profile\/grant-haas-cas-25\/","title":{"rendered":"Grant Haas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>Grant is responsible for coordinating, managing, and evaluating key Zero Waste programs at BU, primarily our biannual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sustainability\/projects\/goodwill-not-landfill\/\">Goodwill, Not Landfill<\/a> (GWNL) program. <\/span><span aria-label=\"\" class=\"c-mrkdwn__br\" data-stringify-type=\"paragraph-break\"><\/span><span>Prior to the Fellowship, he ran a trash cleanup club, helped lead the BU Community Gardening club, and graduated with a degree in Earth &amp; Environmental Science at BU. While studying, Grant worked with BU Sustainability as a GOAT (GWNL Operations Assistance Team), and then a Zero-Waste intern. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span aria-label=\"\" class=\"c-mrkdwn__br\" data-stringify-type=\"paragraph-break\"><\/span><span>During his fellowship, Grant is advising and gaining experience for waste management operations on our urban campus.
