Place a BU Food Pantry Order

Hello and glad you found us! Please take a minute to read all the information below before placing your order.

We have two pantry locations. Be sure to choose your location to pick up your order and look out for the email that your order is ready. Please remember to bring your BUID when picking up any orders. All information will remain private and only accessible to those filling orders. Orders will be ready in 3 business days from when they were placed.

Charles River Location

Orders on the Charles River Campus can be picked up at 930 Commonwealth Ave, Room 265. To access this office, use the entrance on Pleasant Street, labeled 940 Commonwealth Ave. Go to the second floor and follow the signs to the BU Food Pantry.

Hours of operation are:

  • Monday 3-6
  • Wednesday 10-1
  • Thursday 9-12

Medical Campus Location

Orders on the Medical Campus can be picked up at 72 East Concord Street, in the Medical Instructional Building, Room L-317.

Hours of operation are:

BU Food Pantry Order Form

  • Providing your BU email address allows us to send you a confirmation email with your order number.
  • Providing your BU email address allows us to send you a confirmation email with your order number. *Failure to provide your full BU email may result in your order being cancelled.*
  • Providing your BU ID helps us meet the needs of all BU students by compiling aggregate data about who's using the BU Food Pantry. Your information will only be used to inform our work, and will never be shared outside of the pantry staff. Please email us at bufood@bu.edu if you have other questions.

  • Let's begin your food order! You can personalize your order, with 2 total items per category- for example, 1 can of green beans and 1 can of corn under vegetables. Your order or preference does not guarantee the product is in stock. If it is out of stock, we will provide a substitute.

  • Canned Vegetables: Please select up to 2 cans of vegetables.

  • Canned Fruit: Please select up to 2 fruit items.

  • Canned Soups & Stew: Please select up to 2 cans of soup.

  • Grains & Pasta: Please select up to 2 items.

  • Meat & Fish (canned): Please select up to 2 items.

  • Breakfast foods: Please select up to 2 items.

  • Other pantry items: Please select up to 2 items.
