    The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a hotline for individuals contemplating suicide or experiencing a mental health or addiction crisis. Users can call or text 988 to be put in touch with trained mental health experts.

  • All Ears: Peer Listening

    All Ears is a FREE peer listening program open to any BU student who is looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to talk with a peer.   • BMC Department of Psychiatry Adult Outpatient Clinic

    The outpatient clinic at BMC offers a wide variety of therapy and psychiatry services. Counselors offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy, with approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. Psychiatrists and therapists are available to treat conditions such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, mood disorders, and more. * Fee based program
