Put Your Records On: Music and Wellbeing

Calling all School of Social Work students:

Many different types of activities promote physical, intellectual and emotional wellbeing. Listening to music is a prime example!

This interactive workshop will highlight how music impacts our mind and body in beneficial ways, whether to relieve stress, increase focus, or provide confidence and endurance during challenging moments.
