If anticipated loans do not appear on your invoice as either credits or Anticipated Financial Aid, it may indicate that certain requirements for these loans have not been completed, and you should contact <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/finaid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BU Financial Assistance<\/a> at 617-353-2965. Graduate students should contact the financial aid officer at their school.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">How do I view all of my student account transactions?<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>You can view all of your posted transactions through <a href=\"https:\/\/mybustudent.bu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBU Student<\/a>* by selecting &#8220;My Bill &amp; Aid,&#8221; then &#8220;Student Account.&#8221;\u00a0 You may download all term details to a .csv file on the first page, or you may view\/print individual pdf&#8217;s or .csv files of individual terms by selecting &#8220;View Details.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div style=\"font-size: .85rem; to review your current aid award.\u00a0 Please note that certain awards such as Federal Work Study are not applied against your student account.\u00a0 If you see awards such as scholarships or loans listed on that page, you can review the Student Accountpage to see if they are listed under &#8220;Pending Financial Aid.&#8221;\u00a0 If so, the amounts are reducing your balance due and are incorporated in the total balance at the top.\u00a0 If you do not see any pending aid, it may be that the aid has already posted.\u00a0 You can check the posted status of any aid through the &#8220;View Details&#8221; link.<\/p>\n<p>If you have reviewed these different pages and do not see the financial aid you expect, we would recommend following up with your respective financial aid department.\u00a0 Graduate students should contact their school&#8217;s department; a full list of those offices can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/grad\/admission-funding\/financing-your-education\/graduate-financial-aid-offices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.\u00a0 Undergraduate students should contact <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/finaid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boston University Financial Assistance<\/a>; margin: 0px;\">Assess a $25.00 fee for each returned check<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Restrict future methods of payment to either cash or bank check<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding: 0px; margin: 0px;\">Limit access to University services, including library borrowing privileges and release of academic records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">What will happen if I have an overdue balance on my student account?<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>If you have an overdue balance on your student account after the semester due date, a financial hold may be added to your record which restricts access to certain University services such as course registration or adjustment, awarding of financial aid, eligibility to move into your assigned on-campus residence, and purchase of convenience points.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Will I be charged a late payment fee?<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>If your balance remains unpaid after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/studentfinancials\/your-bill\/payment-deadlines\/\">payment deadline<\/a>, you may be subject to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/studentfinancials\/your-bill\/payment-deadlines\/late-fees\/\">late fees<\/a>. If you are assessed a late fee and have extenuating circumstances regarding your late payment, please write to <a href=\"mailto:studenta@bu.edu\">studenta@bu.edu<\/a> after your principal balance less the late fee has been resolved. This is a mandatory fee, unrelated to the student health insurance, and cannot be waived.
