{"id":109,"date":"2010-07-26T12:07:32","date_gmt":"2010-07-26T16:07:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/studentfinancials\/?page_id=109"},"modified":"2026-01-16T17:03:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T22:03:10","slug":"contact-us","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/studentfinancials\/contact-us\/","title":{"rendered":"Contact Us"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--\n\n\n<h3>View Student Account and Make an Electronic Payment<\/h3>\n\n\nStudents can view their student account and make payment online with a U.S. Bank account through \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mybustudent.bu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MyBU Student.<\/a>\n\nClick on the Financials icon from the menu on the left side of the dashboard, then select\u00a0<span>\"Student Account Balance Due\" \u00a0to see the amount owed to the university and to access the \"Nelnet Payments and Payment Plans\" button (in the upper right hand corner of the page) to make payment, enroll in a\u00a0Payment Plan or update refund information.<\/span>\n\n<span>From the Financials\u00a0icon you can also select\u00a0<\/span><span>\"Student Account Details\" to see all charges and payments on the\u00a0student account.<\/span>\n\nStudents may provide <strong>Guest User<\/strong>\u00a0access to anyone who is assisting them with bill payment.
