No longer do you need to worry about getting a new BTI Card each semester at our circulation desk!<\/p>\n<p>To borrow at other BTI libraries, you must have an account to access the BTI portal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If <strong>you have not created an account<\/strong> in the BTI Portal, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bostontheological.org\/btiportal\">bostontheological.org\/btiportal<\/a> and fill out the New Students form. Simply check the box at the bottom of the form: <strong>Allow 2-3 business days for approval by the registrar and the BTI<\/strong>. You only need to complete this step once. Through the rest of your program, you will be eligible to borrow at all BTI Libraries!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have <strong>already created an account at the BTI portal<\/strong>, you need to \u201copt-in\u201d to borrow at BTI Libraries. Log into your BTI Portal account, and click on the link \u201cLibrary Sign-Up.\u201d Click on the link \u201cClick Here to Opt-in for Borrowing at BTI Libraries.\u201d On the next screen, hit \u201cEdit Item\u201d on the top left of the page, and check the box saying \u201cI wish to Opt-in for Borrowing at BTI Libraries.\u201d Click submit, and you\u2019re done!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Signs like the graphic above and <a href=\"\/sthlibrary\/files\/2018\/07\/Guide-to-BTI-Borrowing.pdf\">handouts<\/a> will be available for students.<\/p>\n<p>If you are visiting us from another BTI institution, make sure you have followed these steps.
