This intensive fellowship examines how individual professionals in Nazi Germany leveraged their expertise to enable the regime &#8211; examining their decisions, motivations, and behavior &#8211; not just to study the past, but as a framework for understanding ethical responsibility today.<\/p>\n<p>In an era of rapid technological change, polarization, and complex ethical challenges, the next generation of professionals needs more than technical expertise\u2014they need moral courage.
