The church is located in Boston, MA in the town of Brookline which is a prime location and is easily accessible by public transportation. Surrounding the church, there are numerous top universities, research institutions, and medical centers. Every year, there are thousands of Chinese students, scholars, and immigrating families flocking the area; thus, it is a choice place of planting the seed and harvesting for the Gospel.<br \/>\nChinese Christian Church of New England (CCCNE) is currently seeking a full-time Mandarin-speaking Pastor to provide overall leadership in the Church in terms of spiritual growth of its members, spreading of the Gospel in the Boston area, and strategic planning and development of various ministries in the Church for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God.<br \/>\n<b>The primary roles of the new Pastor position are:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and work with the CCCNE Council board to lead the spiritual growth of the church under sound biblical and Godly principles.<\/li>\n<li>Take charge of Sunday sermon-preaching, building up of Christ-followers, and providing pastoral care for the congregation.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and implement agreed activities for various ministries in the church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key qualifications of the new Pastor position are:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Have a strong Christian faith, gifts of preaching and teaching, and a passion for evangelism and pastoral care.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a wonderful personal life testimony as well as family unity<\/li>\n<li>Have a calling for full-time pastoring and have experience in leading churches in North American for more than 2 years required.
