If you do not need one of the steps, please move on to the next one but be sure to consider every step.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>Request a Room<\/h3>\n<p>Room requests should be made, whenever possible, via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/25live.collegenet.com\/bu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">25 Live.<\/a> Please note if you are requesting space in the Community Center, B24, or B23, they are all listed separately in 25Live.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not have access to 25Live, please request a room here.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button btn-blue\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sth\/news-media\/submit-and-plan-an-event\/request-a-room\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Request a Room<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Step 2: Update the STH Calendar<\/h3>\n<p>All students, faculty, and administrators are welcome to submit events to the School of Theology calendar to reserve dates and avoid conflicts. To submit an event:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Visit the Calendar page to add an event <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/phpbin\/calendar\/app\/create.php?cid=376\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Log in using your BU credentials if prompted<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cNew Event\u201d and enter your event details. Make sure that you include the year in the date of your event, and indicate if the event is hybrid\/online<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"button btn-blue\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/phpbin\/calendar\/app\/create.php?cid=376\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Add Your Event to the STH Calendar<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Step 3: Request Videography Help<\/h3>\n<p>STH provides videography and Livestream services for smaller STH-sponsored events and meetings. Please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sth\/it-help\/video-and-recording-requests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">STH Room Media Services\u00a0page for more information.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button btn-blue\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sth\/news-media\/submit-and-plan-an-event\/request-media-assistants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Request Videography Help<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Step 4: Request Facilities<\/h3>\n<p>If you require any furniture setup, please email details to <a href=\"mailto:STH-Requests@bu.edu\">STH-Requests@bu.edu<\/a>. A facilities request will then be submitted on your behalf and you will be provided with a quote. Once the request is submitted, if you need assistance sending an ISR, please reach out to <a href=\"mailto:STH-Requests@bu.edu\"><span>STH-Requests@bu.edu<\/span><\/a>. We are not able to submit the request for you.<\/p>\n<p>If you providing food using a non-BU vendor, please submit an invoice and\/or itemized receipt to the Dean\u2019s Office (STH 110).<\/p>\n<h3>Step 6: Promote Your Event<\/h3>\n<p><a id=\"promotemyevent\" class=\"jump\"><\/a>To promote your event, please submit the details in this form and check the boxes for the appropriate publicity venues.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button btn-blue\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sth\/news-media\/submit-and-plan-an-event\/promote-my-event\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Promote My Event!<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please follow each step in order, starting at Step 1.
