Mindfulness Session to Process Racism-Related Stress

This session will provide a space for students to internally process feelings that have risen due to recent mass shootings and hate crimes through mindfulness practices. With mindfulness meditation, journaling, and gentle movement, students can take a moment for themselves and their communities by connecting with their present-moment experience.
