Dr. Evan C. Hines is the Senior Pastor of the Eliot Congregational Church of Roxbury. He is also the Director of the Melnea Cass Center and Roxbury Heritage State Park for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts<\/p>\n<p>Pastor Hines holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications from Boston College, Master\u2019s Degree in Theology from Boston University, Master\u2019s Degree in Public Administration from City University of New York and a Doctorate in Ministry from Northern Seminary.<\/p>\n<p>Pastor Hines has served on the Mayor\u2019s Interfaith Task Force, the Board of the Benjamin Healthcare Center and as a member of the Black Ministerial Alliance.
