She works on two HRSA-funded projects, the Catalyst Center (the National Technical Assistance Center for Health Care Financing and Coverage for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs \u2013 CYSHCN), and a project to support the replication of housing interventions for people with HIV. She holds a master\u2019s degree in Public Health with concentrations in Community Assessment, Program Design, Implementation &amp; Evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Caroline has worked in the fields of mental health policy, suicide prevention, and survivor advocacy.
