His focus is on the individual, relational, and organizational factors affecting educational outcomes. He works with Professor Ren\u00e9e Spencer on various mentoring projects and stays active in national child welfare policy advocacy efforts. His professional experience includes community practice, healthcare, education, training\/technical assistance, and child welfare advocacy.
