She<\/span><span> has 19+ years of direct care experience which includes child protection, community mental health counseling, college counseling, complex integrated care management, health and wellness education and crisis intervention. Pollard<\/span><span data-markjs=\"true\" class=\"outlook-search-highlight\">\u00a0<\/span><span>joined BUSSW as an adjunct faculty member in 2017 and teaches in the On-Campus Program, as well as serving as a practicum advisor and<\/span><span> serving on the BUSSW Alumni Association Steering Committee.
