Heidi Bruggink Sulman, MSW, MPH, LCSW is currently a doctoral student studying social policy at the Brandeis University Heller School of Social Policy and Management, where she is a National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Pre-Doctoral Fellow. Ms. Sulman most recently served as a Program Manager at the Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission and as a clinical social worker at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Ms. Sulman’s research interests include behavioral health / health policy; care delivery and payment reform; quality evaluation and improvement; care integration; substance use disorder; and population health management. Current research includes work with the Harvard-Brandeis National Institute on Drug Abuse Center to Improve System Performance of Substance Use Disorder Treatment. She is a past recipient of the Harvard Kennedy School Rappaport Institute Public Policy Fellowship.
