Trained SAO Activities Consultants can help you best decide the services that you will need from SPS (lighting, sound, and\/or media) as well as other campus service providers. If we don’t fully understand your request, or if you are planning a large event, we’ll reach out to you via email to further discuss your event details.<\/p>\n Along with student groups, departments under the Dean of Students are able to fully access SPS services. Please fill out the request form<\/a> a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event. We will respond with a quote after we review your request.<\/p>\n All requests for sound and media support for departmental events should be handled by Learning & Event Technologies<\/a> (LETS). If you are looking for lighting support for an event in the GSU Metcalf Ballroom, you can make your lighting request<\/a> and it will be reviewed by our manager.
