Mission Statement: EHT strives to facilitate a comfortable space for fellow students to express who they are, share experiences, develop confidence, and seek out help when distressed using different forms of creative expression.

Vision Statement: To nurture authenticity, build resiliency, and celebrate students’ discovery of their innate strength and determination to succeed.

Goals:

• Encourage students to express, heal & triumph by engaging in mindfulness and creative activities.
• Help students to overcome the hesitancy and uncertainty associated with sharing their concerns.
• Connect students to professional resources.
