  1. The subject of the Right to Privacy was a key line of inquiry in the Kavanaugh hearings. This fundamental right was established in Griswold v. Connecticut. 381 United States Reports 479 (1965). The above discussion should not be limited just to Roe, but also the seminal case involving birth control in Griswold.
